My stay at the Windwater Inn & Suites was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting attractions like the aquarium, Whataburger field, and the USS Lexington. However, the rooms seemed unfinished, and the service had its ups and downs. The dining options were simple but satisfactory, and the facilities were decent.

The hotel was not up to par with our expectations. The rooms were not ready until evening, and the condition was disappointing, with ripped blankets and a dingy atmosphere. Service was lacking in professionalism and courtesy, with minimal amenities provided for a family of five. The location was convenient but fell short in safety measures and cleanliness. The dining experience was below average, lacking in quality and warmth. Overall, the hotel left much to be desired, causing distress to my daughter and raising concerns about returning.
